Fine Hygienic Holding (FHH), one of the world’s leading manufacturers of hygienic paper products, recently participated in the INJAZ Business Leaders Campaign, represented by the company’s CEO, Salim Karadsheh. 2017 marked the 10th iteration of the Business Leaders Campaign, a month-long initiative led by INJAZ, in coordination with the Ministry of Education and a number of private-sector institutions, which invites business and social leaders to share their success stories with local high school students.
FHH’s participation in this campaign extended from its ongoing efforts to support and empower youth, motivating and inspiring them to become future leaders and instilling in them the spirit of determination and perseverance.
In honor of this year’s Business Leaders Campaign, Karadsheh met with a group of tenth-grade students from Khansa Secondary School for Girls in Madaba, where he talked about his professional journey, highlighting the challenges faced when pursuing one’s goals and ambitions. He also pointed out that positivity and determination are the most important factors that contribute to overcoming obstacles. The meeting gave the FHH CEO an opportunity to impart his wisdom across a variety of topics, including the discovery and development of talent, skill development, networking, career selection, and other related issues.
At the end of the meeting, Karadsheh presented a series of valuable personal and professional tips to the students, calling on them to tirelessly pursue their dreams and take advantage of the opportunities they have, while never hesitating to do what they believe is right for society.
The annual Business Leaders Campaign calls upon influential business leaders in Jordan to visit local public schools, UNRWA schools, and military culture schools in order to impart their wisdom on students.
