Fine Hygienic Holding Soars High at Break the Ceiling, Touch the Sky® - The Leonie Awards

Fine Hygienic Holding (FHH), one of the world’s leading manufacturers of hygienic paper products, was honored to receive three prestigious awards at Break the Ceiling Touch the Sky® 2019 Leonie Awards ceremony for the second time around. The awards took place on the 2nd of September in Singapore, welcoming a sea of attendees and participants from around the globe.JIMBESTMENTORSECOND

The awards jury comprised of 50 of the world’s most influential and respected leaders, who were charged with recognizing organizations and leaders from around the world who have had a significant and positive impact on gender diversity in the modern workplace.

Fine was both gratified and deeply honored to receive three of the Global Gender Diversity and Leadership Excellence Awards; namely the second place in the Mentor of the Year category, received by its CEO, James Michael Lafferty, and the third place in the Inspirational Woman Leader of the Year category, received by its Chief Legal and Compliance Officer, Alizeh Iqbal Haider.  In addition, James was recognized as one of the top five leaders in the CEO of the Year category.

The recognition given to FHH by the Leonie awards for embracing gender diversity, inclusion, and women empowerment is a demonstration of the hard work that is put into attaining the company’s goals and embodying its values. Hiring, supporting, and promoting women in the workforce is a longstanding ambition of Fine. In the last year alone, the representation of women on the company’s leadership team increased to 30 percent, establishing Fine as a leader of gender diversity in the workplace.

The annual Leonie awards – also known as the Global Gender Diversity and Leadership Excellence Awards – recognize organizations and individuals that have made significant contributions to the progress of women in leadership roles around the world, which is a testimonial to the increasing positive impact of gender diversity.
